Raw Vegan Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup walnuts (90 g)
  • 1/4 cup pecans (30 g)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (28 g)
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted (200 g)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (25 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add walnuts and pecans to food processor and blend until course grainy flour.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until combined.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Firmly press dough into pan.
  • Place brownies in fridge or freezer for a few hours until set.
  • Cut and enjoy!
