Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, sliced, frozen (150 g)
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts (15 g)
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup almond milk (200 g)
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder (4 g)
  • 1 handful spinach

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blended until combined. Enjoy!
