Ingredients

  • 8 oz vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder, optional

Instructions

  • Melt coconut cream in medium saucepan over low heat.
  • Add in chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until just melted. Take off heat.
  • Transfer chocolate mixture to shallow dish and cool in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • Once mixture is cooled, form into 16 balls. Roll balls in cacao powder.
  • Chill and enjoy!
