Hello and welcome to my blog!  My name is Laura and I’m a 30-something year old living in Northern CA.  I started blogging a few years ago to share my love for healthy eating, fitness and travel.  I loved baking growing up and as I’ve gotten older, I’ve really enjoyed vegan baking and raw baked goods.  I struggled with disordered eating throughout college and for a few years after.  Eating healthy and working out has helped me tremendously to overcome my problems associated with food and helped me become more confident in my body and myself in general.  I have always had a HUGE sweet tooth and tried to give up sweets completely when I started my fitness journey.  Clearly this didn’t work out very well and I would end up binging on everything!  Over the years, I’ve realized that there are delicious and healthy ways to indulge in my favorite things and that you don’t have to feel guilty about eating them.  Thanks for stopping by and letting me share my healthy recipes with you!  I hope you enjoy!
